Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Venue Support:
- Conduct venue tours for potential clients and respond to inquiries
- Follow up with leads via email, phone, or text
- Provide on-site support during events as needed
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and light décor tasks
- Serve as a friendly, professional representative of Elevate Events
Marketing & Content Creation
- Develop engaging content for social media and paid ads
- Write blog posts to increase web traffic
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Pay: $15/hr
Requirements
We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and professional Part-Time Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in marketing, event planning, or hospitality. You’ll support event operations, engage with clients, and help drive awareness through content creation, social media, and blog writing.
What We’re Looking For:
Interest or experience in event planning, hospitality, sales, or marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Canva
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Evening and weekend availability is a must.
Self-starter with a creative mindset and professional demeanor
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a marketing, communications, or hospitality program preferred
Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
