About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and give tours to prospective clients interested in renting the venue
- Follow up with leads via email, phone, or text in a timely and professional manner
- Be on-site during events as needed to support clients and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Assist with light setup and breakdown tasks when required
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and our internal team
- Represent the Elevate Events & Catering brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For:
- Interest in event planning, hospitality, sales or marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Prior customer service or event experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual is a plus

Requirements
